Take part in a guided experience at Premiata Latteria Perenzin, focused on the art of cheese ageing and refining. During the visit to the museum and the ageing cellars you will discover the history and ancient traditions of Perenzin family from 5 generations. This tour includes an exclusive access to the Golden Room and the Special Reserve Cheese Vault, where award-winning cheeses such as Capra Tonka e Vermouth are stored.
The experience continues with a tasting of four selected cheeses in the Degustarium.
To conclude, you will customise a fresh caciotta by using your own selection of spices and aromas , take it home and complete the refinement process as it develops.
