Discover  the five-generation story of Perenzin Dairy with Emanuela Perenzin- great granddaugther , granddaughter and daughter of master cheesemakers. Awarded Best  Cheese Professional of the Year  at Alma Caseus 2012 ,Emanuela  Perenzin is ONAF Master Cheese Taster and Maìtre Fromager of the Guilde Internationale des Fromageres.

Explore the museum with its historic tools , hear family stories , and walk through the aging rooms while learning the secrets of cheese maturation in a simple and engaging way .

The visit will conclude with a sensory tasting of 4 special cheeses ,Super Gold Winners at the World Cheese Awards and 4 local wines selected for the best pairing.

      Children of any age are welcome! We kindly ask parents to hold the child by the hand throughout the museum tour. It is forbidden to run and scream, especially in work areas such as warehouses and corridors.
