For five generations, we have been dedicated to creating cheeses that best express the potential of milk: goat, cow, and buffalo; the highest-quality milk comes primarily from the Veneto region and the Belluno Dolomites National Park. We were among the pioneers in organic milk processing and have been leaders in the production of organic goat cheeses in Italy for over 20 years.
Since 2012, the PER Bottega & Cheese Bar and the Premiata Latteria Perenzin Museum have welcomed tourists from all over the world to discover the history of our family and a thousand-year-old art.
THE MUSEUM
In March 2023, the family's historical museum underwent a complete overhaul. Thanks to sounds, lights, new materials, and colors, it is now ready to welcome anyone who wants to learn more about the world of cheese and the history of Perenzin Latteria, offering an unparalleled multisensory experience!
To celebrate these 125 years of history," says owner Emanuela Perenzin, "we decided to give our museum a new look. We're entrusting this to the best professionals in the field: Studio Andreani Spazi di Valore in Conegliano, who have been working with us for over a year. Describing who we are and what we do by showcasing the spaces, the family's antiques, and the mementos that represent the company's history, but also that of a region that has changed significantly in just a few decades, was an exciting challenge. We searched for objects in drawers and hidden corners to make this collection captivating. To give due prominence to tasting our cheeses, an exclusive area, the Degustarium, was designed, where you can enjoy an intimate experience that engages your five senses.
